Very true about how women feel

This video was perfectly put together to show the insecurities that many women struggle with on a daily bases. It really took me to surprise that there really are this many insecurities and i have myself have felt many of them. I can also not name one female that I personally know that has not dealt with these issues. As women we naturally strive to make ourselves look better. I feel that there is a huge difference between trying to create a healthy image and un healthy image. If a over weight women is professionally proven to be over weight and struggle to be satisfied with his/her body then i feel that should do something about the situation and take control rather than hating who they are. This seems to be very difficult for many. The media also plays a huge role with these images that we seem to think are beautiful. Half the time what many women are not realizing is these women are not natural. Surgery and photo shop are major tools in creating an image that girls hope they can be. This video reveals the struggles that women go through trying to be this image that media relates to as beautiful.
